Cha Ching Racing
Well its been some time since we have updated the web
site. Family comitments, medical issues and making a
more dedicated effort on finacially preparing for
retirement have all competed with fun time. I front halved
the Altered chassis but made the tough decision to put
the rebuild on hold for the time being.
Jeannie broke the crank in her Pop, and I am very
delinquent in getting the motor back together. Lots of
period correct speed parts will make it worth the wait :-)
Stephen graduated and is working as a software engineer in Columbus, OH.
Kelly and Seth bought a new place in NW Portland and presented us with Ewan, grand baby #5, last year, so we have got to spend quite a bit of time out there.
Katie and the kids are still close by, Emme turns 6 in December, and is a joy. Logan (16) continues to be focused on sports playing baseball and football for his school. Aidan (14) is still into BMX and he can take anything apart… but more surprisingly he can also put them back together… Abby turned 4 and keeps Jeannie hopping.

owners. We continued to have generator troubles in the bus so
installed a new 9KW diesel genset in 2017. I also picked up 3
8V92's and 3 trans ready to do a repower. I decided to boost
power in the race cart too, so installed a D&D custom motor
and new batteries... 38mph top speed, 32mph on the flat.
The Anglia still provides a way to put a smile on my face and we have been using the bus a lot for pleasure trips rather than just living at the track. We have also made a number of big bus rally's getting to spend some great time with other Scenicruiser
